退款政策

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return.

All local returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date; and returns from the rest of the World must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that the shipping costs are not refundable.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial damaged items.
  • Sales items.
  • Customized items.
  • Personal hygiene items.

  • Sales items are on FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Customers creating malicious returns will be blacklisted from our services.

退換貨政策


感謝您選擇moi nivak，希望您對我們的服務感到滿意。如果您對已購買的不完全滿意，您可以選擇將其退還給我們以獲得全額退款或換貨。退換貨前，請先通過電子郵件將您的訂單號、要退換貨的商品以及退換貨原因發送給我們。


台灣消費者收到商品後皆可享有七天猶豫期，請留意猶豫期無法提供試用，僅供您參考、觀賞比較，期間申請退購無須負擔運費，欲退購者請於七日內提出，逾期恕不受理。所有退回的物品必須處於全新且未使用的狀態，並附有所有原始標籤和標籤。自行拆解商品、或損毀外包裝紙盒，否則恕不接受退換貨。國際地區申請退換貨者將需要負責所有退貨運費。


退回的商品必須是全新的狀態且完整包裝，含商品本體、配件及訂單明細一起寄回，到以下地址：

我們建議您使用可追蹤的郵寄方式寄出您的退換貨商品，以免任何的損失。


在收到您的退貨並檢查您的商品狀況後，我們將處理您的退貨或換貨。請在收到您的物品後至少七天來處理您的退貨或換貨。當您的退貨處理完畢後，我們將通過電子郵件通知您，並通過原付款方式退款。


以下情況無法接受退換貨： 

商品已拆封使用，或因人為因素而產生的破壞。

折扣商品。

依消費者要求所為之客製化給付的商品。

個人衛生用品，如清潔用品或貼身用品，不設退換。 


對於有缺陷或損壞的商品，請通過以下聯繫方式與我們聯繫以安排退款或換貨。

折扣商品不設退換。

惡意或大量者將被列入我們的服務黑名單。
